Job Description:

Southern Jersey Family Medical Centers, Inc. is looking for talented candidates with the highest level of professionalism to step into our fast-paced facilities!

Position Responsibilities:

  • Oversee call center staff and operations; provide leadership and support to call center specialists (for effective team management;
  • Responsible for workforce planning, training and development of staff to ensure fulfillment of departmental and organizational goals;
  • Manages departmental processes to ensure compliance with policies and regulatory standards
  • Assists collaborates with senior leaders in forecasting, budgeting and workforce planning.


Experience and Skills:

    • Bachelor Degree Required
    • Experience managing call center preferred
    • Must have proven management experience.
    • Exceptional interpersonal, communications skills required.
    • Familiarity with Electronic Medical Record
    • Computer skills (MS Office and basic Excel knowledge)
    • Familiarity with call center operations and metrics preferred.
    • Must have excellent teamwork, leadership and analytical thinking skills. Must have the ability to multi-task, flexibility and adaptability, meet deadlines and solve problems in a fast paced, diverse environment.
