Experience and Skills:
• LPC with minimum two years of experience conducting Individual and
Group therapy with adults, some experience with adolescents and
children preferred
• New Jersey state licensure
• Clinical
Supervision Certification preferred
• Master’s
degree
• Experience working with the underserved population a
plus
• Capacity to be respectful of the unique concerns and
issues experienced by clients and their caregivers.
• Strong
communication skills (verbal and writing), ability to collaborate and
work well with others
• Ability to demonstrate professionalism,
compassion, and respect for all individuals
• Strong
mental/behavioral health diagnoses and psychiatric medication
knowledge
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred
